Happy Saturday everyone! So here is a quick look at some work I did today with @rprozz
to work on his shoulder internal rotation.
What we did:
👉🏼 GH traction and posterior glides
👉🏼 Infraspinatus release ⭐️ 👉🏼 Pec min/major release
👉🏼 Sleeper stretch .
You may notice that his shoulder blade seems to “wing” a bit more now, which we were actually quite happy about. Why? When he would hang from a pull-up bar he would feel pain in the area of his serratus.
All together this was about 30 mins of work, not too shabby. .
