New body = new wardrobe.. I'm really starting to feel the benefits of my lifestyle change. My diet is filled with fruit, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, a lot more water & green tea. My meals are more nutrition dense meaning I'm having less cravings & less pointless snacking, my nails have gotten so long & strong recently. I'm still working extremely hard in the gym & the kitchen pushing myself to be in the best health & shape I can be in.
