What happens when you get cut off? When someone speaks to you harshly? When you feel fear? When you are happy? When you are surprised? When you're hungry...sad...angry....
We are most often perceived by the interactions we have with others. So **Who are you** perceived to be? And are you satisfied with this perception? Does it truly represent you well or are you shocked and confused by the way others see you? Lots of questions I'm asking here, but what I want you to get is a clearer idea of the person you are representing! Call it a "Self audit" where you self asses and take note of your findings! Most are gonna read this and assume they can answer that without being self aware for the entire day. That's too bad and I hope 🤞 you take this a bit more serious because you can STILL (even at your age) learn about yourself and find areas to improve upon! This is one solid way to start.
When we do things unknowingly and only hear others speak about our behaviors it only causes frustration. But what if you put yourself to the test. See what's more true than you thought, and what you really proud of and would like to see more of! Awareness is key to making adjustments of any kind!
