This was reasonably tough at the time but holy heck my glutes have been sore for 3 solid days since this session 😳. Not mad at all.
I'm going to 'credit' the drop-set hip thrusts and especially the banded sumo squats at the end with that #somuch🔥.
If you're doing these, really make sure you're driving your knees out and not letting them cave in.
Hip thrusts (I added a band) - 4x10
Drop-set (reduce weight) - 4x10
Front squats - 4x8
Db curtesy lunges (no vid) - 3x8+8
Banded sumo squats - 3x15
Ss banded hip thrusts, feet elevated - 3x15
