So today I tried doing a “food log” but I don’t stop eating until around 1-2am, so I guess I’ll post it tomorrow for those few of you who asked me for one. Also my lower body/Abs program will be ready to be sent out on Saturday! So prob on Thursday I’ll start taking emails about it!.... and lastly I wore a bodysuit thingy for the first time today, and lord Jesus was it uncomfortable, specially when using the rest room 🙄 made me look like a little ninja though lol 🕴🏻 woop, thank you all for all the love! 💕

#transformationtuesday because I listened to podcasts all the way back to school and it got me to thinking. Fitness to me used to be this thought- If I eat over 1200 calories that’s unhealthy and fattening and if I don’t run off 300 calories on top of my workout, the day was a failure health wise. Fast forward to now- how in the world did I even come up with those numbers? Now I’m listening to podcasts on the science of food/exercise and love learning more and more every day. No longer do I view fitness and health as some tool to make me ‘skinny’ but I truly love the lifestyle and learning new things and seeing my body change. I now learn for myself the truth behind the science rather than being tied to these numbers from random internet sources. I mean, I would never have dreamed of putting on weight in a bulking stage a couple years ago and look at me now. Doing just that & loving it! If you are where I was a few years ago, you are not alone at all & you can come out of that consuming mindset. It takes time and effort but it’s possible.💪🏼 #gainsss
