Today's 🐰 cardio (and an un-recorded light leg workout). My favourite exercise of the moment to throw into these workouts is db snatches. Form is definitely not perfect but MAN will a few sets of these get you breathing heavy.
I made sure to get this in early today because
A) I'm FAR more likely to do cardio in the morning than if I push it back (batting pretty close to 0% with the latter)
B) I have to wash and style my hair and there is NO way I'm doing that twice 😂.
Db snatches - 16 (total)
Bicycles (back elevated) - 16 (total)
Mountain climbers - 20 (2 knees=1 rep)
Forearms -> hands push-ups - 10
Single leg burpees - 8+8
Ninja get ups (I vote this becomes the official name) to long jump - 8
