Yoga is a lifestyle. To me, that means practicing being present. Firstly, I must be clean and sober with a clear perception of reality. Secondly, I need a daily practice of yoga, prayer and mediation. Thirdly, I eat clean (most of the time) and at night I write about my day, seeing where I can be better tomorrow. It’s pretty simple, but not easy. That’s what I do and it works for me.
