IMPERFECTIONS- we all have them. Stretch marks, cellulite, rolls of fat or jiggling arms. They are a normal part of life and nothing to be ashamed of! Today, I challenge you to look at one of your insecurities and tell yourself "this is a part of me. This insecurity does not define me. This insecurity is what makes me unique. ❇️CONSISTENCY❇️ - First off please LIKE this post if consistency is something you have a hard time with 🙋🏻‍♂️ When it comes to training and diet, consistency and patience are easily at the top of the list as to why people fail to meet their expectations. It’s a frustrating thing I’ll admit! You work so hard for weeks to build a steady routine and all it takes is a few bad days in a row to completely fall off track and lose momentum. The thing I try and remember is that every day is another opportunity to start all over. You can either suck it up, admit your mistakes, and try to fix them OR you can keep living in the Groundhogs Day universe where you just keep saying “I’ll get back on track tomorrow”. There’s only so many excuses that can be made before you simply have to come to realization that it’s YOU that is failing YOU. Once you can accept that, the next question is “what are you going to do in order to succeed?” Oh and to explain the pics, the top left is where I want to be at again and the right side is where I’m at currently. My journey from January 2016 to recent (2017)! ✨90->140lbs✨ What a difference you can create for yourself in just a year! On the left I was KILLING my body with HOURS of cardio and struggled with so much restriction because I was AFRAID to eat! I remeber thinking the “skinnier” I was, the happier I would be. 😳Unfortunately this is what society has taught as all! Fast forward a year, +50-60lbs and my mind set had changed completely! I have been able to stop worrying about the number on the scale and focus on eating MORE & getting STRONGER everyday! Don’t be afraid to LIFT HEAVY and EAT BIG! 💪🏼 I truly have never felt HAPPIER and HEALTHIER! You can achieve ANYTHING you put your mind to, set a goal and start working for it now! Message me with any questions you have, I’d love to help you out 😁
