This sequence is performed using the utmost concentration on the gluteals.
Abductor Machine- you should be able to see the top of your gluteals contracting. This means you are doing wooork 😰
Squatting Int/Ext Rotations (Banded)-KILLER! 😩
Squatting Abductions (Banded)-use the heaviest band
Floor Clamshells (Banded)- feet can be resting on floor as shown or elevated. For my Programs, your feet are to be elevated with a slight forward lean 😉👌🏻.
