Just gotta remember how far I've come!
This is 3.5 months of progress. My starting weight was 215.6lbs on May 19th. Today I weighed in at 186.4lbs.
I've lost 2.5 inches off of my bust, under bust, and waist each. I've lost 3 inches off of my belly and another 3 off of my hips. My body fat % has dropped about 5%. I've come a long way. I still have a long way to go. BUT! I have proven that I can do it! Don't depend on motivation -- depend on discipline. Motivation is fickle and unreliable.
