This is really inspiring!!! Double Tap for Respect! 💖👇 - Just gotta remember how far I've come! ⠀ This is 3.5 months of progress. My starting weight was 215.6lbs on May 19th. Today I weighed in at 186.4lbs. ⠀ I've lost 2.5 inches off of my bust, under bust, and waist each. I've lost 3 inches off of my belly and another 3 off of my hips. My body fat % has dropped about 5%. I've come a long way. I still have a long way to go. BUT! I have proven that I can do it! Don't depend on motivation -- depend on discipline.
