Sitting here trying to think of some inspirational quote to go along with this photo. 🚫Screw it! I’ll tell it to ya straight. If you put crap into your body, you’re going to feel like crap. If you stop moving your body, you’re going to lose the ability to move. If you refuse to put your health first and make time for fitness and cleaner eating, you will find yourself tired, depressed, constantly getting sick, overweight, or worse, diseased. It’s sad and bold for me to say, but it’s true. At 21, I was tired daily. I had no kids yet and didn’t even know the meaning of what tired was, but I was fueling my body with the wrong things (junk food, fast food, beer, soda, and cigarettes) so I was digging my grave a little deeper and deeper each day. My depression got worse and so did my skin, my hair, and body. I was feeling like a 50 year old stuck in a 21 year old’s body. I woke up one day and told myself that something had to give and fast. You may be stuck in a rut feeling sorry for yourself-cut that shit out. Pick yourself up and treat yourself like you’re worth MORE. Because you are. Stop eating the foods that make you feel terrible. Start getting off of the couch and take that first step to making fitness a routine. You don’t regret it. Nobody every regretted a workout or clean meal. But it all starts with you. You’re the only person holding yourself back. Don’t blame your husband, your kids, or friends. Rise above! You might have a long journey ahead of you. But I tell you what.. it’s gonna be a hella lot longer if you never get started! I developed my workout and diet plans for you. No vídeo #alunafocada @gabizinha_carvalho Durante o ciclo menstrual a mulher passa por inúmeras mudanças hormonais e consequentemente, algumas delas sentem alterações em seus treinamentos¸ de forma positiva ou de forma negativa. Isso vai da individualidade de cada uma, porém algumas não apresentam nenhuma alteração em seu desempenho independente da fase do ciclo menstrual¸ já outras apresentam uma dificuldade considerável em diferentes períodos do ciclo menstrual. Geralmente, não há contra-indicações em fazer atividades físicas estando menstruada. Mas é preciso esclarecer alguns pontos antes de chegarmos a uma conclusão: A MULHER FICA SENSÍVEL...mais que o habitual. Não somente no sentido "emocional", mas o corpo está bem mais sensível à dores e cansaço. Ela se sente mais fadigada e com menos ânimo. Por vezes é necessário planejar os treinos respeitando as mudanças que ocorrem durante o ciclo, levando em consideração as flutuações hormonais, tais como: volume, intensidade, grau de dificuldade, etc... A performance pode variar de acordo com as fases do ciclo menstrual. Na Fase Pré-Menstrual, devido à influência de um aumento nos níveis de progesterona, o desempenho pode sofrer uma redução. Já na Fase Pós-Menstrual, graças à crescente taxa de estrogênio e maior secreção de noradrenalina, observa-se uma melhora significativa na performance. Maybe Nabisco should take lessons on how to do Peppermint Oreos from Walmart. 🎅🏼 Their Marketside brand is selling these White Chocolate Covered Oreo Cookies with enough crushed candy canes to make Santa jealous. The white fudge isn’t shoddy work either - tastes as good as the White Fudge Oreos, which begs the question: did Walmart just slap some candy canes on Nabisco’s product and charge me $5.98 for it? Whatever. 😍
