UNEVEN GLUTES ⁉️🍑 Tag a friend to fix their form!
If you feel your thighs taking over on lunges, then listen up! The most common reason for this is that you’re staying too upright throughout the range of motion and as a result aren’t getting a full stretch in your glutes.
Here’s my advice:
1️⃣ Initiate the movement by shifting your hips back
2️⃣ Step back as far as you comfortably can
3️⃣ Let your upper body hinge forward as you lower
4️⃣ Pull through your outer heel and thrust your hips forward as you raise back up
