Every morning for the past 3 weeks, I've been taking these supplement packets by @flattummyco. I decided to replace my other protein powder and multi-vitamin, because these have no fat, 20g of protein, and all my daily vitamins. There are endless amounts of variations to try out 😜 Here are 3️⃣ of my favourites you'll ALWAYS catch me doing! ->1️⃣BOX SQUATS! There are so many benefits to box squats, first on the list is that you they force you to pause @ the bottoms of the movement. This recruits more muscle fibres which equals more growth 💪🏼 ->2️⃣"TRAP MACHINE" A mix between a deadlift and a squat, a perfect full body exercise! *I love doing these as a great warmup ☺️ ->3️⃣SUMO SQUATS! *Using smith machine* This variation can be done with free weights as well! Sumo squats place more emphasis on your inner thighs! 👏🏻 TAG A FRIEND WHO NEEDS THIS! 😉
