Everyone asks me what I eat...I eat everything just in moderation and depending on my activity level. I eat to fuel my body but I also eat with people socially, I make wise choices and remain aware of my macros (protein, carbs, and fats). Lightly grilled king salmon served over forbidden black rice, fire roasted corn and a watermelon salad with a citrus beurre blanc sauce with veuve clicquot ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿฅ‚. You can eat healthy no matter where you go, just make slight adjustments. Having a massage is the perfect way to release the tension and stress you've built up and to prevent worse illnesses from happening to you. Do u think a massage is too expensive? ---- You donโ€™t need to go to the spa every week. A massage from your friend, partner or even a self massage can make a HUGE difference! --- Right now take a few minutes to breathe and identify where you feel some tightness in your body. It can be your shoulders, your feet or even your head. Think of someone you love. Think about when you see them. What thoughts run through your head. - When I see Regan, or my sister or my parents I look at them, but I don't see their exterior. I see who they are, I feel the way they make me feel, the presence they have on me. It isn't until I consciously tell myself to notice their exterior that I do. It wouldn't matter what they looked like because I already love who they are. I see their real beauty. - Of course I'm attracted to Regan, but the attraction lies far beyond what I see visually. I love him because of who he is. I remember when we first started dating. I was drawn to him by his energy, the connection we had. I was attracted to who he was. - A real connection, a real love whether it be for a partner, family member or friend goes beyond what you see, as the stuff inside is what matters. - If only we could see the beauty of the soul as it shines bright, we'd spend far less energy on making sure we look just right. We'd focus on who we are as a person, the impact we have on this world. The beauty we shine from deep down, beneath your exterior walls.
