Hoy les dejo esta riquísima 🍃 Ensalada 🍃 hecha con lechuga, tomates cherry, fideos integrales, lentejas, huevo, palta y aceite de oliva. Como verán, preparar un plato completo, equilibrado y saludable no es nada de otro mundo. Con ingredientes que tenemos siempre en nuestras casas podemos resolver una comida en 5 minutos. La clave es ser organizados y estar siempre abastecidos. A photo can be deceiving. I always talk about how lighting and poses make a huge difference when it comes to how a photo turns out. That's not to say that one way is better or more real than the other! Even in person I could look completely different in different circumstances. It doesn't change the fact that it's still me! When it comes down to it. Instagram is a highlight reel. People usually only show the 'best' parts of their lives. 9 times out of 10 you'd probably choose the photo like the one on the right to post to your account. That's fine. If you think you look bomb af and wanna show off you can absolutely do that! If you think you're hot af in a photo like the one on the left then you go girl!!!! Confidence is such a wonderful thing to have. If you're happy and comfortable in you're own skin then you are for sure winning at life! Just be you, that's all that matters 🤗 . It's crazy how life changes when you barely notice it. This Transformation is something I'm most proud of. Ive been lifting weights since I was 13 but never took it serious till I was 18. This was my journey, its been a long hard road for me. I'm excited that I've been sharing my workout videos and knowledge to you guys. I love all my fans & I'll be working on getting better content, more workouts, and getting bigger. I want to share my fitness life with all you and one day I want to inspire a lot of people like fitness people I look up to now!
