In life, it’s normal for one to feel lost at some point or juncture in their life. Feeling lost, all those negative thoughts and emotions becomes the daily struggle. Feeling down, low morale and demotivate; it’s normal symptoms for many. The toughest part would be, to bring yourself up from getting deeper into the abyss of depression. All of us has gone through that, somewhere somehow, in our life. After a series of depressions and struggles, you have no choice but to learn how to cope with it. One way forward is, to find the reason for your being and for your existence. Reason can be found by looking deep into yourself. No one know you better than yourself and Rabb. You need to love yourself first and love others second. Don’t burn yourself out just for the sake of others. Therefore, seek that reason within yourself and venture out to do things that you like. Use that reason to force yourself to wake up and continue fighting for the next day. Everyone eventually has reason for opening up their eyes the next day, there is no such thing that you just lived. Don’t make excuse through reason, rather than talk, just do. It is through these ‘reasons’, everyone is fighting for their way. Penelitian yang dipublikasikan menunjukkan bahwa 17 sampai 19 jam tanpa tidur atau dari pukul 6 pagi sampai 11 malam, tak memejamkan mata, maka itu dapat mengganggu reaksi motorik. Bagaimana cara mengatasinya? Berikut tipnya seperti dikutip TIME. 1. Waspadalah Karbohidrat dan Kafein Kurang tidur memicu lonjakan kortisol, yang memicu nafsu makan. Spesialis tidur, Michael Breus, Ph.D pengarang The Power of When, menyarankan agar Anda menikmati secangkir kopi. Tapi cukup secangkir saja.
