how long is your hair?
What is my workout "program"? Well I workout 6 days a week and I have typically one full rest day! I do a mix of strength training, circuit/plyometric style training, I do bodybuilding style workouts as well, I do a full body plyometric high intensity workout, I do HIIT cardio, tabata style and with sprints a few times a week, I do incline walking as well. Typically I will do 2 lower body days, 3 upper body days (one back and one shoulders, one biceps and triceps) and one full body plyometric circuit workout. I spend about 1hr-1:15mins in the gym because I honestly believe you don't need to spend hours to see results! I create my own workouts and am excited to continue to share them with you! Todays High intensity leg workout 🌸✨💪 10 minute stair master warmup Assisted pull-up machine glute pushdown 4x15 Conventional deadlifts: 2x8 2x5-6 2x3 Superset: 4 times Repeat 10 box jumps 20 step ups holding 15lb kettle bell Superset: repeat 5x 12 hamstring curls 15 jump squats Superset: Repeat 4x 12 leg press 8 burpees 10 minute jog/incline walk intervals Superset: repeat 5x 10 DB straight leg deadlifts 12 plyometric jump lunges 8 minutes arc trainer cool down 4x12 leg extensions #bootygains #legdayworkout #pushyourself #beyourbestyou
