Wellll, it has been a hot while since I've trained abs. Although they get a lot of werk werk from my compound lifts (especially exercises like front squats), I DO want to improve my strength to assist with some calisthenics exercises, so no more slacking 🙈
Because I strive to be the best Bruce Lee I can be, I started with dragon flag negatives and then moved onto this bicycle version shown #tryit #youlllikeit.
Then I 'recruited' (interrupted) my condo buddy Eddy @unchainedathletics
as he was doing the exact same exercise as me and everything is more fun with a friend 💁🏼
Kept reps 15-20 for most of the later exercises. Owwww 🔥.
Also I completed ~58 sets of wedgie picking. I was so excited when I found these shorts from probably 6 years ago in my drawer too. Ya, no #apparentlyivegrown #poorchoices
