FIX YOUR POSTURE ‼️👀 Tag a friend with rounded shoulders!
Your shoulders’ position is determined by the muscles around them. The rolled forward posture is usually caused by: tight pecs (chest muscles), tight traps (near neck muscles), and / or lack of thoracic (upper back) mobility.
Try this 5-minute routine to fix yo'self:
1️⃣ Shoulder dislocations x15 (per side) - this will open you up
2️⃣ Shoulder retraction hold x30s hold - this will teach you how to retract your shoulders (aka pull them down and back)
3️⃣ Wall slides x15 - this will reinforce the body awareness needed to keep your shoulders pulled back throughout the day
