Sure I work my ass off; but I won't even begin to front like I didn't get blessed with some pretty damn good genetics for bodybuilding.
You can't train to change muscle bellies or muscle insertions. Waist size, abdominal structure, lines, and skin texture are all also genetic.
All of these things are factors in the end result in which each individual looks like or can develop into. Everyone has a ceiling, some ppls are just higher than others...
