No matter your goal in life, whether it’s business, fitness, corporate america or working a day to day job, you should always be on the prowl to get that one step ahead. 14 years in the game and everyday I count my blessings and take new challenges to evolve myself and my career. When it comes to nutrition, you can bet that I am experimenting with different foods to see how my body responds. Whether you compete or not, go to the gym or stay at home you should want to capitalize on eating better for a healthier life span. You can still maintain a clean bill of health and improve body markers by making better choices with your diet. Different diets work for different people, there’s not one solution for everyone. Cookie Cutter plans you see and hear about today can work for a quick fix but I can guarantee that solution isn’t one that will last long term. Eventually you become stagnant and need a change up.
