1.open your legs untill you feel a slight stretch lean your legs untill you feel a slight stretch.Lean your body forward and come back up.keep you back straight. don't go too far.
2.Do the same process and put you hand on your.
head 10 times
3.raise your knees and straighten again let your heels drag on the floor. If it hurts.put sock on.
4.Relax your body completely.Feet up to the wall.
Legs down as far as you can .Relax into the stretch for 30 seconds. If you feel you can go farther without causing too much pain try to pull the legs down.
5.slowly lower yourself forward as far as you can where you feel comfortable (use the pillows under your legs) (Remember some people have hip joints that structurally cannot get into the middle for splits so donot force anything)
Don't feel upset.you gonna get better and better everytimes when to practice).Just Keep practing .Should warm up before you try this.efter gym workout or running.
