Group work out today with the #phamily.
Decided to do deadlifts with @realworld_tactical
even though I'm running off of 1 1/2 hours of sleep in the last two days ....

Hit a PR of 300 lbs!
It wasn't pretty at all and I have a lot of work to do to improve my form!
Like a lot lol but it was my first time trying to go heavier than 225 so give me a break.
I already know what I'm doing wrong and it was explained to me how to fix an improve it.
Just need to start applying it now!
