Single arm reverse grip cable extensions- a lot of people knock reverse grip tricep extensions because the lack of weight able to use cause of the vulnerable grip placement, but I love it! Due to the lack of weight you can load on the triceps, due to grip position, i put them in as a compound set so you are already pre fatigued!
Solid pause on each contraction. Taking a good step back, keeping elbow pointed down/ slightly in front of the shoulder the entire time!
