In 2 months Jo has really made fantastic progress having 2 x Personal Training sessions a week with SOS director @sam_sos_pt
Despite losing 1.5 kg on the scales, Jo has increased her muscle mass by 0.5kg according to her InBody 770 Body Composition analysis machine.
Measuring Jo regularly on the machine allows us to monitor a wide variety of parameters in regards to training, nutrition and lifestyle.
At SOS we manipulate calories, macronutrient ratios, training intensity, training volume and supplement recommendations all based on the data we gather from the regular InBody testing.
