2 Slices of your favorite bread, I used French bread
¼ c. cheese, cubed (your preference)
Sliced red onion
1Tbsp ghee/butter/your favorite cooking oil
Himalayan Pink Salt & Pink Peppercorn
2 Slices of @5280meat
Black Pepper Bacon (cooked)
Fried Eggs: in a cold skillet add your butter/ghee/cooking oil. Turn skillet on low heat until butter or ghee melts. Next, crack open your eggs very slowly so that the whites don’t run too much. Let the eggs cook on low heat until the edges are a light golden brown and the whites are firm, which is about 3 minutes or so depending on your stovetop. This will give you an egg with a runny yolk.
Toast: In a 350* oven place your bread, cheese, tomato and onion on a cookie sheet and bake until cheese is melted and bread becomes toasted. Remove from oven and top with bacon, your fried eggs, avocado and season with FlavorGod Himalayan Pink Salt & Pink Peppercorn to taste.
