- I'm looking at these pics and I'm like dam Nards you look rough gurl. Dem babies mash you up mi gal....but dam beau that come back is real.
Hard work, dedication, rough roads, slips and falls but you got right back up. It was rough. My first pregnancy I just got out the Army, newly wed, started going back to school and looking for a new career and throwing a baby in the mix. Dam I look huge in that 2010 pics I was only 186ish. That 2015 pic I'm the same weight. Gain the exact same pounds in both pregnancies, just carried it different place .
Then baby 2, struggles of marriage, a stressful ass career, working nights, doubles, that did more harm than good to my mental. Not to mention I had 2 little people... who by the way gave me allergies 🤧, stretch marks, saggy boobs 😒 BUT Also gave me life, endless joy, a little stress and unconditional love. -
Exercise has always been my outlet but it just wasn't as easy anymore. Yuh getting older Nards , past Injuries, doing it because I needed to lose weight and trying to find time to get it done didnt make it as fun. Even even you live doing something you can get turned off when out because a chore rather doing it because you want to. I had to be committed to myself and drag my butt in there to get it done but it was well worth it. Drove me to see a new passion ( personal training) in myself I didn't see before. Including my girls made it easier and fun.... most times. Which gave me the drive I needed to stay the course. -
Don't be mislead by this post it didn't take me 7 years to lose the weight. And no I wasnt a big gurl growing up or struggled with weight. Weight gain was due ro pregnancy. First pregnacy lost 36 lbs in 6 months and the 2nd lost 26 in 18months....why so long- life ! Night shift, 2 kids and one being a new born..dastruggle is real!
Whatever motivates you find it and fuel it. .
