Shoulders shoulder SHOULDERS !
I love toned shoulders and I really think that after training my shoulders my physic defiantly improved🙋🏽 Method:
1. Face pulls: my top tip is to imagine you are pulling the rope apart instead of just focusing on pulling it towards your face. 12x3
2. Seated front raises and side raises 10x4 (front raise and side raise it one rep)
3. Front raise with a steering wheel 10x4
4. Upright rows 12x4
