Meu filho está com quase 4 anos e agora que meu glúteo está em ordem. Na gravidez cheguei a 110cm de quadril... quando emagreci fiquei com uns 93cm e sentia o chão gelado no bumbum 😂e vi o tanto de flacidez muscular e da pele que eu adquiri nos glúteos e pernas. E poderia corrigir como? Não tive indicação para cirurgia plástica e não faria sem antes tentar de tudo. Sou a favor das plásticas depois de tentar dieta, treino e estética . Na contramão da maioria, eu mesma decidi que poderia melhorar fazendo alguma que nunca fiz ... ao invés de perder quilos focar em GANHAR quilos e volume, ganhar massa magra para encher a pele que sobrou, ganhar densidade muscular . Por isso, depois dos meus 28 quilos adquiridos na gravidez, se eu ficar muito magra, fico um marshmellow. Não tenho problemas com gordura localizado... mas flacidez é o meu terror. Ex grávida gordinha , até ex gordinha , tem que focar em ter um corpo com mais volume pra ficar legal. Levou alguns anos para eu entender essa matemática. As pessoas só falam em emagrecer... calma aí né ? Vamos entender o biotipo de cada um e suas necessidades . Ah , já que vocês perguntam , minhas medidas atuais👉🏻1,67 de altura , 65quilos, 100cm de quadril(não pode diminuir) 60 de coxa, 68 de cintura, 94 de busto Obs. Sitting here trying to think of some inspirational quote to go along with this photo. 🚫Screw it! I’ll tell it to ya straight. If you put crap into your body, you’re going to feel like crap. If you stop moving your body, you’re going to lose the ability to move. If you refuse to put your health first and make time for fitness and cleaner eating, you will find yourself tired, depressed, constantly getting sick, overweight, or worse, diseased. It’s sad and bold for me to say, but it’s true. At 21, I was tired daily. I had no kids yet and didn’t even know the meaning of what tired was, but I was fueling my body with the wrong things (junk food, fast food, beer, soda, and cigarettes) so I was digging my grave a little deeper and deeper each day. My depression got worse and so did my skin, my hair, and body. I was feeling like a 50 year old stuck in a 21 year old’s body. I woke up one day and told myself that something had to give and fast. You may be stuck in a rut feeling sorry for yourself-cut that shit out. Pick yourself up and treat yourself like you’re worth MORE. Because you are. Stop eating the foods that make you feel terrible. Start getting off of the couch and take that first step to making fitness a routine. You don’t regret it. Nobody every regretted a workout or clean meal. But it all starts with you. You’re the only person holding yourself back. Don’t blame your husband, your kids, or friends. Rise above! You might have a long journey ahead of you. But I tell you what.. it’s gonna be a hella lot longer if you never get started! I developed my workout and diet plans for you.
