When in doubt, eat fruit! 🍉🍍✨ Taking care of yourself daily can be something as easy and simple as eating some fruit. Life can be overwhelming and exciting and, well....A LOT!! A boy between the ages of 11 and 14 needs to drink 3,3 liters of water per day, and a girl the same age needs 2.8 liters per day. A recent survey revealed that 65% of school aged children between the ages of five and 14 drink less water than they should. Water is a priority for our children and specially during the Summer.
