Current calorie intake is between 2300 to 2500 right now. This amount does not work for everyone who's the same weight as me. Your muscle mass and body fat percentage, metabolic rate and activity levels play a huge role in metabolising energy.
With this increase in calories, my strength has also been going up. And I love that! 💪🏾 I always feel so weak during a contest prep. Sure I look shredded during a prep, but I feel like crap on the inside.
Really glad that I have made the decision to take 2018 off competing and will focusing on improving my overall physique and increasing my strength.
