Yaya finally leg day! This wiped me a bit but it was the good kind of hard. I was SO hangry when I got home 🙈.
My bestie usually comes over and trains with me Wednesdays but apparently she has a life or something 🤷🏼♀️ and couldn't come today so leg day it was! Is it sad that I get excited to train legs? 🤔😁

Single leg leg press - 4x10
Landmine squats - 4x12
Split squats - 4x12(x2)
Banded plié squats - 3x15
ss banded feet elevated hip thrusts - 3x15
