Funny story. πŸ˜… During my workout today, I did these abs and realized just how fab they were. So I decided to film took me 7 tries. 😭🀣 Needles to say, towel abs were the death of me. I died and came back to life. TAG your ab buddy. 10 reps each exercise 3-4 round. May the grind be with you. πŸ’ͺ🏽

Smashed a late evening session @puregymaintree and priorities first, I always get my @bpi_sports_uk Best Protein in..
