I've been pushing myself everyday to get closer to my end physique. I started prep at 191 pounds (morning weight) and am now down to 175. I've got a little over 5 weeks to go and about 7-8 more pounds to drop. Time to put my foot on the gas. My current cardio consists of 6 stairmaster sessions at 350 calories each. My current macros are at 205P 280-295C 63F... yes I could lower my food and bring down my cardio, but I actually enjoy my time on the stairmaster.
