I'm a firm believer that life is to be enjoyed and in that comes food! 🙌🏽🙏🏼
I do not count macros or calories and I do not have as strict of a diet as many would think.
I eat intuitively.
I don't believe in restriction.
Because when you restrict you binge.
And when you binge you feel pretty defeated.
I have balance.
I haven't always had balance.
I battled eating disorders before.
I eat foods that fuel me and are nutrient dense but I'm not afraid to let myself have a donut when I want.
Cheat days don't exist in my life.
Finding what works for you is key!
There's not just one way to cut a pizza.
And there's not just one more way to find YOUR balance.
What works for someone might not work for you and thats OK!
I do know that living in fear to eat certain foods is not enjoyable. And it's a personal jail.

Food is fuel.
You function off carbs. Especially your brain. Remember that! ❤️
