Everything went up from last week with sets and deadlift went up 10kg for a 5 by 5. Front squats was 70kg for 4 sets of 6 aint done that in a long time but felt good! Try to progress in anything you do even if its just setting little goals that will eventually get you to that main one. You have to start from somewhere to build from!
