Final few days of cutting and this week has been pushed to the limit with training. Haven't trained on a sunday in a while but had to go hit some legs today! Wanted to work on some weak points (calves) πŸ˜‚ and quads!! but also wanted to test my squat had a goal of hitting 125kg for a few sets of 5....πŸ™ˆ only managed to get 1 set of 5 which is a PR still!struggled on few so dropped to 120 for Set of 3 then 110 for set of 5. Still happy to get in 5 with 125 πŸ‘Š i may try 110 for a 5 by 5 or try and work to that depending on how it feels next week. Hit all the reps ranges and angles during the workout. finished with a nasty reverse barbell curl worked down from 12 reps to 1 taking it in turns only rest i got was while he was doing his reps.
