After 4 long years of being seriously injured & unable to work out. I made my comeback this month. Wow! Miracles do happen!! Who would of thought? Bench-tensity and deadlift volume.
290 x 4 x 3 bench.
405 x 5 x 5 deads.
I did 4/5 sets with no straps, and I actually like it more because I can set up more accurately without having to put the straps on the bar, but by the 5th set my hands were super dry and they started to crack/bleed ☹️
