I went to the chiropractor for the first time in SO long today!! Feels so good to be cracked back into place haha. I went there and said "theres nothing wrong, I just want you to crack my back and neck because I've basically been living on a plane the last month" ahah she just laughed. Also thought I would answer this for the ladies asking how I train AND travel, I take the @sweat
app with me and do my BBG or BBG Stronger workouts in the hotel gyms depending on what equipment they have! I always book hotels that have gyms in them to make sure I can get my workouts in wherever I go!
