I love this. One of my #bbg girls recently asked me how I deal with trolls because people were writing nasty things on her profile and she didn't know how to deal with it. I told her what people say about you is a reflection of the person THEY are, not who YOU are. You have to feel sorry for these people because something has obviously happened in their life for them to feel like its okay to make horrible comments to someone they don't know. Perhaps they have had those horrible comments made to them during their life? We don't know other peoples story. There are PLENTY of people I can think of that have upset me and I would NEVERRRRR say anything or make comments back because its not who I am. I accept that people are the way they are and we have a choice whether we want them in our lives or not! Forgive and be a good person. www.kaylaitsines.com/app

I am currently so sore from my workout the other day! being sore every now and again for me is a good indicator I'm still having good workouts and pushing myself. I decided to change it up a little the other day and I added a resistance band to do all of my squats. If you have trouble activating your glutues during your workouts, add a strong resistance band around your legs just above the top of your knees and push your knees against the band as you squat down! It burns but its awesome if you want a little more glute activation! www.kaylaitsines.com/app

someone said to me "when will you stop working out". The answer is "probably never" Working out for me isn't a chore. I love it!! Yes, somedays I feel tried, have period pains, feel unmotivated, have to travel...... but we ALL have those days. The important thing is not to focus on those days, not to get upset or feel guilty about them. I may have a break from working out when I feel like that, but what matters is that I start again. I played sport my whole life but I didn't start going to the gym until I left high school. I has taken me 8 years ...8 years of working my butt off everyday. I am most certainly not going to throw that all away any time soon. I workout because it makes me feel good, makes me breathe better, move quicker and think faster. I don't workout because I want to look a certain way, or because I'm trying to beat someone or because I'm insecure.... I do what I do everyday because I LOVE IT! www.kaylaitsines.com/app
Since starting this journey with my career I have definitely learnt that you don't need a lot of friends to make you happy. You have a small circle of friends that you can trust and thats all you need!! I think the older you get, the more you understand this and the need for your own small community of people! Good evening!! (from Australia). I have a few ladies asking how tall I am, my age, etc etc ..SO I thought I would answer some of these questions. Im 26, from Adelaide in South Australia. I live with my boyfriend Tobi (and we are NOT planning on moving overseas anytime soon) I have two huskies, Ace and Junior. I live 2 minutes from my Grandparents who I am very close with and 5 minutes from my parents and sister. Both my parents are Greek and they are BOTH teachers. I am 165cm tall.
