@obi_vincent ・・・ Thought I'd show you guys an example of one of my many types of HIIT Circuits ... usually set a timer for 10mins and do as many rounds as possible for that 10 mins. (Btw this was after my 1 mile run 🏃🏽) _ _ The goal is to beat my previous record every time i do these. It looks easy but trust me its a KILLA! 😫 I absolutely Love the Buzz from this... i always change up my HIIT workouts and it varies each week and honestly makes my training so much more enjoyable. I hear alot of people complaining about cardio being boring so why not change it up and do something more challenging? Get off that treadmill and do some circuits once in a while!! 👌🏾
