The weight cut continues with @protein_and_chemicals as my macro coach and I couldn't be happier! Our goal is to cut me down to 118kg from the 121kg I'm sitting at right now and so far I haven't lost any strength which is amazing πŸ™Œ If you need a coach or direction with your nutrition, get onto @protein_and_chemicals ASAP! I actually regret that I didn't earlier!

180kg/pounds are about as useful as trying to squat with a gym class running rings around you whilst doing your set πŸ™„ On the upside though, these felt good and I managed it well without the belt πŸ‘Œ

My go to ab accessory movement! I probably could have pushed the range a little further, but having two plates on top of one another was a bad idea πŸ™„ Ps. Three days later and my abs are still sore AF!
My off-season focus so far has been getting healthy again, which I haven't been for a long time in my opinion both muscularly and body comp. A huge part of that has been working with @protein_and_chemicals and the results have been πŸ”₯ For the first time in a long time I'm now enjoying my training and part of that now incorporates swimming 🏊🏼 my body may turn lactic after two laps, but damn cardio feels good 😁 As much as I love being strong, @leashmcdermott has helped me come to realise that day to day health and well-being sit higher in my priorities. So be prepared, a lean(ish) mean(ish) Cam is incoming! Ps. This is immediately post swim and the blood lactate is real 😳

170kg/pounds are about as f*cking useful as shirts that claim to be dry fit but hold sweat more than my bloody sweat towel! βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž– I'm giving front squats a solid crack now. I've always hated them, but it's time to get on the gain train πŸ™Œ followed these both up with high volume good mornings, just because I hate myself πŸ˜‚
