150kg/pounds are like the bench only event in powerlifting. We all know it's there and people unwilling accept it, but if it disappeared would anyone miss it πŸ’πŸ»I think not! Ironic I'm training a bench variation with my pounds conversion today πŸ˜‚ these felt solid though, good intention on every rep!

340kg/pounds will never beat kilos.... it's like trump vs the world 🌎 My second attempt for the expo done and dusted and the confidence is back along with the bar speed πŸ™Œ huge shout out to @cregstagram and @_stuartcrookston for being absolute legends for squatting/deadlifting with me over the last few weeks when the goings have been super tough!

280kg/pounds are about as useful as squatting out of a bro rack with a whippy bar with no centre knurling after driving 6.5 hours home during the day with one stop causing you to train at night and forgetting the stretch your hamstrings which makes your squats all the more difficult. Putting all πŸ‘† aside, squats were actually ok πŸ˜‚
