A lot of people have asked me about my measurements and my weight. I am going to share them with you because I want to make a point, especially for girls. So here they are: Height: 5'5" (164 cm) Bust: 0" (0 cm) Waist: 24" (62 cm) Hips: 40.5" (103 cm) Weight: 141 lbs (64 kg) Ladies, don't worry about the number of your weight so much! The number by itself means nothing. It is not about the quantity, it is about the quality of your weight. Muscle also weighs more than fat. So if you are working out but not losing weight, it may be because you are gaining muscle. So don't give up because of a number! The number alone does not define you, or your fitness. It is what goes into that number that is much more important! So do not judge yourself just by the numbers. Numbers alone do not tell the whole story. Always remember that! And always keep going!

Cellulite, cellulite, cellulite! Women have cellulite. I do too! That's the truth. And it is natural. Nobody is perfect. And I am definitely not! I do not want to create this false illusion of perfection that does not exist in reality. Perfection is a standard that girls try to live up to that is just unreal. I like to model - but at the same time it is really important to me to present an image for girls that is both beautiful and TRUE. We have enough unrealistic standards and expectations for girls in this world. Especially with social media. My pictures are not photoshopped or fabricated. I want to keep things real and natural. Some people don't like to show the ugly truth. But I prefer an ugly truth to a beautiful lie. Real beauty is better than fake perfection. But you can always try to be better. I have some tips that I use to help fight my cellulite. I use various moisturizing creams - none of them expensive, usually around $10 - and massage. You have to keep your skin hydrated and your circulation healthy. That is key. Massage helps with circulation. And there are some creams specific for promoting circulation to help reduce cellulite. Exercising a lot helps as well, of course. For me, working out and cardio like jumping - especially vigorous high-intensity jumping (please see the link in my profile bio) - has really helped decrease my cellulite. Food is also important, as always. Eating clean helps reduce or prevent cellulite. Eating clean is what I struggle with, unfortunately. And drinking a lot of water is a must! Again, hydration is so important. Ladies, please don't feel hopeless or embarrassed about any imperfections you may have! We all have them. We all struggle with our bodies. What do you think I eat? Only healthy food? Ha! I wish! The truth is, I love food. A lot! But I also love to train a lot. So I use that food as my fuel. However, I admit I do not always put the best fuel in my body. I try to eat right most of the time. But nobody is perfect. And I am definitely not! For me, where eating wrong really affects me is with my face. I have some acne and I know it is largely because I don't always eat as clean and healthy as I should. I am working on this. We can all be better. I will still have a cheat meal maybe 2 or 3 times a week, because it is important to stay happy. Being fit is nothing without being happy! You can't give up everything that makes you feel good. What's the point of being fit for life, if you can't actually enjoy life? It is all about finding the right balance for yourself between fitness and happiness. Sometimes I still struggle to find mine. But I am always trying to be better and to eat cleaner.
