I haven't see my mother since July 2016. She has finally arrived into town to watch my children while I go on vacation. She is the best!! I can't imagine where I get my looks from, but I hope I look as fantastic as she does at the age of 57.

Tonight this little gymnast received her invitation to the next level of gymnastics. I couldn't be more proud of her. The next level will be a challenge for her as there are girls up to 14 years of age in the level, but that is exactly what she needs. Hard work pays off.🤸

Friends often ask me to help them get motivated to go to the gym or to be their drill sergeant. Let me just say, the only person that can motivate you is YOU! Ask yourself this the next time you are doing anything, not just in the gym, but work, relationships, life - Did I push myself as hard as I could? Did you put in 100% effort? Today my biceps were dead from 2 days ago, but I pushed through my workout and even these hammer pull-ups 10x5 because in my head there is always another level. I am always chasing goals.

Quiche recipe. Tried it for dinner and it's delicious...topped it with hot sauce bc who doesn't love hot sauce 2 cups baby spinach 1 c broccoli 6 stripes of cooked bacon 4 ounces mushrooms 2 eggs 1/2 c. Egg beaters w/ yolk 1 c. Fat-free milk or almond milk 1/2 c flour or soy flour 1 c 1%milk cottage cheese 3 tbsp butter or substitute 1/2 c. Shredded part-skim mozzarella. Preheat at 350. Boil the spinach just until it wilts. Mix ingredients together with hand mixer minus the shredded cheese. Poor into a pie pan and top with mozzarella. Cook for 50-55 minutes 6 servings 351 calories - 17c, 10.2f, 48.5p

The world is so fickle. Many of the relationships we have are actually quite useless when push comes to shove. There are really no lifeguards looking out for you waiting to save you.
