#MotivationMonday Don't stress out about the minor details – dumbbells versus a barbell on rows, what attachment you use for cable pressdowns, back squats or front squats. Pick one and go with it. The most important thing is that you KEEP SHOWING UP and KEEP PUTTING IN THE WORK.

Starting tomorrow, we will do a quick review of the 12 techniques I've covered since I launched the workout series that allows you to follow my current personal training program with me! Starting Monday we will go from the top with #4MinuteMuscle full-body style and move to the next technique the next day and so on. Sundays will be our official active rest days. But feel free to skip any workouts you want for more rest. Or just follow at your own pace. For the final workout using my #FullBody21s we will mix it up with my Alternating Rest-Pause technique. Here, you will do 7 reps through the first half of the range of motion (ROM) with the right arm. Then you will do the same on the left arm, while the right arm gets a short rest. Then you immediately switch back to the right arm and perform 7 reps through the last half of the ROM. Then repeat on the left arm. Next you immediately switch back to the right arm and complete 7 full ROM reps and then repeat on the left side. Due to the short rest you get between ROMs, you can go a bit heavier that typical 21s. Try about 70% of your 10RM. Be sure to read my FREE article “Full-Body 21s” at JimStoppani.com to learn about my version of the 21s technique. Below are the exercises I plan on doing tonight after the Mr. Olympia expo. Do any version you prefer. I will bang out 2 sets of each in this fashion, but feel free to try just 1 set or even jump up to 3, if you like.
