Starting Monday we will go from the top with #4MinuteMuscle
full-body style and move to the next technique the next day and so on. Sundays will be our official active rest days. But feel free to skip any workouts you want for more rest. Or just follow at your own pace. Use the live link on my Instagram or the URL below to read the order and learn how to do each technique, then apply it to the exercises I post right here each day.
